Job Summary

Seeking a Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of a Fiscal Agent Services (FAS) solution within the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES). The role involves guiding cloud architecture, ensuring compliance with CMS, MITA, and security standards, and aligning with enterprise modernization goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FAS module architecture and implementation
• Ensure compliance with CMS, MITA, NIST, HIPAA standards
• Oversee system integrations (Eligibility, Provider, Pharmacy, Data Warehouse)
• Define APIs, data exchange, and cloud strategies
• Develop architecture documentation and technical roadmaps
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cybersecurity teams

Requirements

• Strong Cloud Architect experience (AWS/Azure)
• Medicaid/MES or government project experience preferred
• Expertise in integrations, APIs, and security frameworks
