Responsibilities

• You will further develop our cloud and data platform based on Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
• You will build a secure and scalable Azure Landing Zone and establish appropriate governance structures.
• You will support the setup and operation of our central Data Lake in Microsoft OneLake.
• You will integrate various source and SaaS systems and develop stable data pipelines for them.
• You will implement concepts for security, monitoring, logging, and backup and recovery.
• You will support the technical migration from SAP BW to Microsoft Fabric, working closely with IT, BI, and business departments.
• You will manage our external service providers in close coordination with internal departments and ensure that agreed services and goals are reliably implemented.

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in building or operating cloud and data platforms, ideally in the Microsoft environment.
• You are familiar with Azure, for example in the areas of infrastructure, security, governance, or identity management.
• Ideally, experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Data Lakes, or modern data architectures.
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with different stakeholders.
• Good German language skills (min. level C1) and English language skills (min. level B2).
