In this cross-functional role, you will operate above our Managed Service Provider, taking ownership of complex IT operations and ensuring the security of our Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll need a strong background in Azure, Microsoft 365, and security practices. Your contribution will help shape the IT operations at a global healthcare company.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 applications like Exchange and Teams
• Oversee Azure tenant configuration and governance
• Monitor and optimize Azure spending
• Handle break-fix support and manage escalated issues
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge bases

Requirements

• 3-6 years in IT operations or cloud engineering
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin features
• Practical Azure experience with cost management
• Proficiency in Power Shell scripting
• Effective communication skills across time zones
