Your Role

As a Cloud Engineer, you will develop innovative cloud solution architectures for our clients based on Microsoft Azure, from complete greenfield approaches to complex migration scenarios. You will consider security requirements, legal aspects, multi-tenancy, and access patterns. In direct exchange with our clients and other stakeholders, you will implement concrete and complex business requirements into production-ready infrastructures. In close collaboration with our Enterprise Architects, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers, you will develop data-intensive applications such as Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and/or Data Platforms. To ensure we always offer our clients the best solutions, you will keep an eye on new and innovative technologies.

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree with a technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, or similar).
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure or good knowledge of another cloud provider like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Linux, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions like Terraform, or Configuration Management Tools like Ansible.
• Knowledge of networks, distributed computing solutions, application scaling, and databases would be advantageous.
• Oral and written communication skills in German and English and the willingness to travel nationally.
• Ability to convincingly communicate analytical results and present them to management.
