Cloud Engineer / Fractional Tech Lead (GCP, Automation, AI)

The Role

We are a lean, highly profitable B2B company looking for a senior technical partner to accelerate our operations. We have built our current automated workflows via Apps Script and Zoho APIs, but I need to hand over the technical reins to an expert.

The Mission

• Phase 1: Graduate our database from Google Sheets to Google BigQuery
• Phase 2: Build scalable internal tooling reading from BigQuery.
• Phase 3: Help the company strategize and implement from simple automations and workflows, to machine learning or AI-driven solutions to give our small team superpowers (always prioritizing costs, risks, and fit -- I do not want AI solution if it is not necessary)

Requirements

• Deep expertise in GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Functions/Run) and ELT tools.
• Proven experience building real-world applications using LLMs/GenAI/Machine Learning.
• Pragmatic mindset: We prioritize high impact and low maintenance over reinventing the wheel (Long-term fractional engagement for the right partner.)
