Our client is a specialized Microsoft Cloud consulting partner focusing on Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, and Modern Workplace. The company operates as a Microsoft Gold Partner and primarily serves large industrial companies, DAX corporations, and hidden champions.

The team is intentionally small and highly specialized (approx. 5-10 employees) and works closely with clients on modern cloud architectures and infrastructure projects. The focus is on pragmatic solutions, modern technology, and direct collaboration with decision-makers on the client side.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of modern Azure infrastructures based on the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
• Setup and further development of Azure Landing Zones
• Implementation of Infrastructure-as-Code with Bicep, ARM, or Terraform
• Planning and execution of cloud migrations from on-premises to Azure
• Implementation of modern Azure services such as Azure Virtual Desktop, networks, policies, and monitoring
• Consulting clients on architectural decisions and cloud strategies
• Conducting technical workshops and presenting cloud concepts
• Collaboration with teams from Security, Modern Workplace, and Cloud Architecture

Your Profile

• First to several years of experience in Azure Cloud Engineering or Azure Infrastructure
• Knowledge of Azure Landing Zones and cloud architecture
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Bicep or Terraform)
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure Networking
• Ideally, experience in an IT service provider or consulting environment
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact and workshops
• Hands-on mentality and pragmatic solution orientation
• Very good German and English skills
