Your Impact:

As a Cloud Engineering Manager / Cloud Architect (m/f/d), you will design scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions, lead teams, advise clients, and drive cloud transformations to create measurable and sustainable added value.

• Leadership & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams in the design, build, and operation of scalable cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
• Client Advisory: Advise clients on cloud strategies, modernization, architecture, and DevOps practices to efficiently achieve business goals.
• Solution Architecture & Innovation: Be responsible for cloud and data platforms from concept to deployment and drive best practices, standards, and reusable solution approaches.
• Team Development & Mentoring: Coach and develop cloud engineering teams by fostering collaboration and an innovation culture, and significantly contributing to talent development.
• Business Development: Develop go-to-market strategies, support pre-sales activities, and contribute to proposals, pitches, and client meetings.

Your Skillset:

• At least five years of experience in cloud-native architectures and software development, with at least two years in leadership or management roles.
• In-depth expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or other hyperscalers), ideally with relevant certifications.
• Proficient in designing modern distributed systems/applications, cloud (data) platforms, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code, as well as (ideally) experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience in leading complex multi-stakeholder projects with a strong understanding of business development and the ability to communicate technical concepts understandably to clients without technical knowledge.
• Willingness to travel and excellent written and spoken German and English (min. B2).
