Cloud AIM Developer

About

We are seeking a Cloud AIM Developer to design and support secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments. This role focuses on Identity & Access Management (IAM), cloud networking, and infrastructure automation to enable secure, self-service platforms for development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage IAM solutions (Azure Entra ID, RBAC, GCP service accounts, OAuth/OIDC, federated identity)
• Implement and maintain secrets management using tools like HashiCorp Vault
• Design and support multi-cloud and hybrid networking (VPCs, VPNs, DNS, load balancers, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect)
• Build and automate infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub Actions
• Develop reusable modules and self-service provisioning workflows
• Support compliance, audits, and access governance processes
• Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues and optimize performance
• Collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams to deliver scalable solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Strong experience with Azure, GCP, and/or AWS environments
• Deep knowledge of IAM, cloud networking, and security best practices
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and automation scripting (Python or PowerShell)
• Experience working in regulated environments (banking/financial services preferred)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred)
