About the role

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in IT infrastructure support and systems management.
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure automation using AWS CLI and Terraform.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems and desktop hardware maintenance.
  • Experience in ServiceNow for incident triage and user ticket resolution.
  • Experience with Active Directory administration including DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
  • Experience in TCP/IP network troubleshooting and audio-visual equipment support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure to facilitate enterprise business goals.
  • Monitor production incidents and coordinate with technical partners to restore services.
  • Install and troubleshoot enterprise laptops, network printers, and specialized field systems.
  • Configure and manage specialized lobby management software and camera technologies.
  • Perform post-incident reviews to identify root causes and prevent system failures.
  • Provide technical recommendations for hardware and software upgrades based on project needs.
  • Digitize manual operational tasks to improve overall organizational efficiency.
