Responsibilities

• Operation and further development of hybrid IT systems in the customer environment
• Planning, setup, and configuration of server and network structures
• Implementation of technical requirements within customer projects
• Support with cloud migrations and modern workplace scenarios
• Participation in the further development of internal cloud and platform solutions
• Analysis and resolution of technical faults with remote tools
• Partial responsibility in IT projects including technical implementation
• Consulting and presentation of technical solutions for customers

Qualifications

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge in the Microsoft environment (e.g., M365, Azure)
• Experience with Windows server services (e.g., DNS, DHCP, File Services)
• Basic understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructures
• Experience in troubleshooting complex IT systems is an advantage
• Independent, structured way of working with team orientation
• Willingness to travel and good English skills
