You actively shape the technological foundation for a sustainable energy system. You and your team continuously develop the cross-cutting and technical enablement services of the MSHIP platform. With approaches like GitOps, Policy as Code, and Diagram as Code, you ensure that our platform remains not only powerful but also traceable and auditable. Your contribution to robustness, disaster recovery, and business continuity management protects critical infrastructure – and thus our society. You work with people who want to take responsibility for results – together with the MSHIP pioneers, you pave the way for future generations of business processes that help enable the energy transition.

What you can do

Completed studies in computer science or a related field, or comparable training (IT/Software Development) or experience. Several years of experience in the development and operation of GitOps-ed on-prem or self-managed Kubernetes platforms. Several years of experience in the design and operation of highly available software services based on K8s. Fluent German and good English. A driver's license class B and team player qualities to achieve results together.
