Cloud Security Engineer (w/m/d)

Your Projects

You are responsible for the (further) development and improvement of the general security infrastructure for our cloud logistics platform myleo / dsc. You select suitable solutions for the high protection of cloud data through your deep understanding of identity, directory services, and encryption technologies. You coordinate and monitor our cloud platform in terms of availability, security, and performance. You advise your colleagues in the various product teams with your expertise in securing cloud workloads. You are responsible for creating documentation of security structures with regard to ISO 27001 and make recommendations for action. You work closely with the development teams in an agile environment and ensure reliable knowledge transfer.

Your Profile

You have a degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a comparable field of study. You have sound knowledge of cloud security concepts with AWS and information security concepts/tools, and are familiar with container technologies, infrastructure, and network security. You already have experience with public key infrastructure, encryption, and data loss prevention solutions. You have practical knowledge of security standards, procedures, and processes according to the IT Security Act, BSI Grundschutz, OWASP, and ISO 27001. You have gained experience in agile development and project teams. You identify your strengths in analytical skills, communication, teamwork, and a hands-on mentality.
