Requirements

📝 Rquirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or IT consulting/support
• Proven experience in systems administration, network operations, software development, or similar roles
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or relevant security certifications)
• History of working in a customer-facing role for at least 2 years
• Experience handling technical projects for at least 2 years
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
• Familiarity with Microsoft/IT industry trends and solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with diverse teams to achieve impactful results
• Drive cloud adoption, enhance operational agility, and meet defense‑grade security requirements
• Identify and mitigate potential technical and business risks throughout project lifecycles
• Assist in deploying solutions that support organizational transformation and customer satisfaction
• Build trusted relationships with customers and influence their architectural decisions
• Advocate for improved customer experiences and seek opportunities for service expansion
• Stay updated on industry trends and customer insights to inform strategic engagements
• Facilitate technical enablement and guide partners in developing effective offerings
• Share insights and feedback with internal teams to influence product strategies and enhancements
