Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or IT consulting/support
- Proven experience in systems administration, network operations, software development, or similar roles
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or relevant security certifications)
- History of working in a customer-facing role for at least 2 years
- Experience handling technical projects for at least 2 years
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
- Familiarity with Microsoft/IT industry trends and solutions

- Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with diverse teams to achieve impactful results
- Drive cloud adoption, enhance operational agility, and meet defenseβgrade security requirements
- Identify and mitigate potential technical and business risks throughout project lifecycles
- Assist in deploying solutions that support organizational transformation and customer satisfaction
- Build trusted relationships with customers and influence their architectural decisions
- Advocate for improved customer experiences and seek opportunities for service expansion
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer insights to inform strategic engagements
- Facilitate technical enablement and guide partners in developing effective offerings
- Share insights and feedback with internal teams to influence product strategies and enhancements
