Your Role

In this technically and strategically important role as Cloud Solution Architect (Azure), you will develop viable, secure, and economical cloud solutions based on Microsoft Azure and make a direct contribution to increasing the efficiency and standardization of our digital services.

Your Tasks

• Develop cloud solution architectures on Azure for specific functional and technical requirements.
• Implement cloud and platform solutions (automations, workflows, IaC templates, self-service tools, no/low-code apps).
• Ensure lifecycle management and further development of existing cloud solutions, including cost control.
• Be responsible for monitoring, logging, stability, and security of cloud solutions in operation.
• Support operations and coordinate changes, migrations, and complex technical issues.

Our Requirements

• You have completed a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics (Bachelor or Master) and have several years of practical experience in the design and implementation of cloud solutions, ideally on Microsoft Azure. Additional further training or certifications in the field of cloud architecture, such as Azure Solutions Architect, are advantageous.
• You have a sound understanding of cloud architectures on Azure and are particularly familiar with identity and access management, network concepts, security architectures, PaaS services, and integration solutions. Infrastructure as Code, automation, as well as monitoring, logging, and cost optimization are also a matter of course for you. You analyze requirements structurally and develop scalable and sustainable solutions from them. Initial experience with no/low-code platforms is a plus.
• In your work style, you are independent, structured, and responsible. You have strong analytical skills and implement topics with a clear focus. At the same time, you are able to explain complex technical contexts understandably and communicate them appropriately to the audience. Strategic and networked thinking, as well as a strong awareness of data protection and information security, complete your profile. You communicate confidently in German and have good technical English skills.
