Key Responsibilities

• Engage in technical planning, requirements definition, test planning, and software systems integration.
• Provide software system product services including design, operation, and maintenance.
• Active participation in daily stand-ups as part of our software development team.
• Utilize full-stack development skills in .Net back-end application development with C#.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Deliver development support for production-deployed solutions.
• Develop long-term solutions within the Agile framework.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements.
• Promote good software engineering practices such as modularization and test automation.
• Document software designs including design diagrams and data flow diagrams.
• Work with IDE tools such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with proficiency in C#.
• Experience in back-end application development using MVC architecture.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in database design and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of version control systems like GIT and TFS.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like NUnit or xUnit.
• Proficient in development tools like Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively or independently.
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality software.
• Able to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.
• Awareness of security best practices for web applications and APIs.
• Proficient in conducting code reviews.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
• Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs relevant to .Net development.

Experience and Education

• Five (5) or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies.
• Proven track record on complex software projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related fields is required.

Citizenship Requirement

U.S Citizenship is mandatory for this opportunity.

Security Clearance Requirements

Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) clearance.
