Responsibilities

• Develop and improve a C#/.NET-based tool regarding architecture, features, performance, and reliability.
• Maintain and extend integrations with Azure DevOps/TFS, especially for Work Items, attachments, and metadata.
• Develop and maintain MCP interfaces to underlying modules and ensure their stability.
• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy Python-based machine learning models for embeddings, classification, ranking, and multimodal applications.
• Design robust interoperability between .NET and Python components, including API boundaries, versioning, and model packaging.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and optimize them for efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Improve data quality, workflows, and evaluation metrics to increase model and analysis quality.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Practical experience in developing modern C#/.NET applications (e.g., ASP.NET, Razor, HTML).
• Experience in Applied Machine Learning, especially in the design, implementation, and application of ML solutions for real-world use cases.
• Proficient with Python and modern AI and ML frameworks like PyTorch or Hugging Face.
• Experience in Prompt and Context Engineering.
• Solid understanding of machine learning methods such as neural networks, Transformers, LLMs, as well as data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Ideally, experience in performance profiling and the use of logging and monitoring mechanisms for system improvement.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
