Role Overview – Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at Signeasy, you will work at the intersection of sales, onboarding, expansion, product, and engineering. You will help win deals, deliver customer value, and unlock growth through deeper use cases and feature adoption. You will be hands‑on with real customer environments, troubleshooting complex workflows, building simple technical solutions, and finding practical workarounds that keep momentum moving.

Responsibilities

  • Work across sales, onboarding, expansion, product, and engineering to drive deal success.
  • Help win deals and deliver customer value while unlocking growth through deeper use cases and feature adoption.
  • Be hands‑on with real customer environments, troubleshooting complex workflows.
  • Build simple technical solutions and devise practical workarounds to keep momentum moving.
  • Support all markets and operate on a global shift from 4 pm to 1 am IST.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (sales, product, engineering, etc.) to ensure successful implementations.
