About the role
Job Description
- Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.
- Perform systems management and integration functions.
- Architect, design, develop, and implement efficient information systems and/or operations systems in support of core enterprise functions.
- Understand business requirements, study existing application landscape, and identify redundant/ineffective systems.
- Conceptualize technical solutions to complex problems and maximize benefit of IT systems investment.
- Work closely with clients to gain organizational commitment for all systems and software plans, as well as evaluate and guide the selection of technologies required to complete those plans.
- Coordinate with offshore development team(s) to identify priorities and update scope and delivery schedule, create data migration/system integration strategies, and monitor system performance to detect and resolve problems during deployment and support change management.
- Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system‑related information.
- Verify stability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture and provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems.

Qualifications
- Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, MIS, CIS, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related.
- Experience: Plus 2 years of experience in the field.
