In the Corporate Digital Innovation & Development department, we focus on cross-business digitalization with the core elements of innovation projects, shared services, and coordination of strategic planning with the service owners.

Become part of our Competence Center Data Science & Machine Learning on the business side. The topics of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are gaining increasing importance and play a very significant role in our daily lives. By using Machine Learning, more accurate predictions or decisions can be made based on data, leading to better results in various areas. Your attention is required for in-house developments by our Corporate IT or commercial software with AI integration.

Responsibilities

• You identify and document promising AI use cases in business processes
• You support the prioritization and planning of AI projects based on added value, feasibility, and business goals
• You conduct research and selection for suitable AI tools or service providers and accompany their introduction up to final implementation
• You support the analysis and evaluation of AI tools within the scope of portfolio change
• You enjoy communicating when advising and supporting training needs as well as establishing cross-departmental knowledge exchange formats
• You conduct reporting on the business impact of AI applications and ROI in collaboration with controlling
• Do you enjoy traveling? Combining business and IT requires direct insight from the relevant personas

Qualifications

• You have several years of professional experience in AI consulting or a similar role
• You can demonstrate sound knowledge in project management, stakeholder management, and requirements management
• You have good English skills
• You are open-minded and enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment. You are a good communicator, enjoy dealing with people, and can motivate others with your positive charisma
• You are enthusiastic about new technologies & processes
• You want to actively shape logistics processes and relationships, and you can stand up for your convictions and actively represent your point of view
• You think entrepreneurially and have a view of the big picture
• You have good analytical understanding and the ability to think into complex contexts
