Your missions

As a Data Scientist/AI Engineer Consultant within IRIS, you will be involved in a variety of projects with clients from all sectors of activity, to deliver innovative end-to-end solutions (AI Agents, ML Forecasts, monitoring tools, ...) to their Data needs:

• Participate in the scoping of data collection, process this data
• Develop Machine Learning / Deep Learning models to address client issues
• Conduct analyses and present results to business stakeholders, using data visualization techniques
• Implement and integrate agentic AI systems (autonomous agents, LLM orchestrators, intelligent action chains) in concrete application contexts (business automation, copilots, RAG, etc.)
• Develop robust data pipelines: ingestion of source data, pre-processing and transformation, exposure to use cases
• Communicate on project progress and highlight the added value of the developed solutions for the client

In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in the entrepreneurial development of IRIS:

• Participate in the team's R&D activities: develop tools and libraries used internally, evolve and administer our own AI platform…
• Contribute to knowledge capitalization and sharing within the IRIS team and with our Clients' teams
• Maintain technological watch and bring new ideas to the team

Here are some examples of projects you will have the chance to participate in:

• Development of Machine Learning models for sales forecasting
• Creation of tools to support the S&OP process
• Implementation of agents and assistants to automate certain workflows (customer service, supply chain…)
• Optimization of product assortment in stores
• Analysis of sensor data and recommendation of machine settings on production lines…

Finally, you can participate in numerous internal projects that punctuate the life of the firm: festive events, contribution to digital communication, CSR commitments, humanitarian work, consultant toolkits, etc.

Your profile

You have a Master's degree or are a graduate of a top engineering school, with a specialization in Data Science or AI Engineering:

• You have experience in one of the following areas: cloud infrastructure, data pipeline implementation, Data Lake and Data Warehouse management, ML Engineering, Machine Learning/Deep Learning, LLMs, AI Agents.
• You have knowledge of cloud products from at least one of the Cloud providers (GCP, AZURE or AWS), as well as Docker
• You master the Python, Git, SQL languages
• You demonstrate autonomy, clarity and pedagogy, initiative and organization

The pluses:

• You have general knowledge of the technologies supporting the use cases handled by the IRIS team: machine learning algorithms, Data Visualization solutions, LLMs
• You have already worked with AI orchestration / LLM agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Dify or n8n
• You have knowledge of API-oriented web technologies such as FastAPI, Flask, Django + Streamlit/Dash for visualization
