About the Position

We are expanding our Learning and Development team as our company continues to grow! At Net at Work, we are dedicated to delivering premier professional development solutions and driving our talent strategy to ensure we attract, retain, and advance our greatest asset—our people. We are seeking an exceptional trainer with expertise in business‑critical technical platforms. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who adapts quickly to change, demonstrates extraordinary communication skills, and has a passion for facilitating learning.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Learning Officer to design, pilot, and implement learning and development programs.
  • Leverage hands‑on technical expertise to develop functionality within corporate systems.
  • Conduct needs assessments and instructional analyses to align training objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues, business unit leaders, and external providers to deliver impactful learning solutions across departments.
  • Develop curriculum, training plans, quality assurance processes, and training collateral.
  • Author and organize procedural manuals and supporting documentation for training programs.
  • Prepare project plans for training initiatives, including scripting, thematic, storyboarding, and timelines.
  • Assist in delivering learning initiatives across a continuous cycle of needs analysis, design, project management, logistics, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Deliver and coordinate classroom, blended, and remote training programs.
  • Support training for First Year Associates which takes place in‑office two days a week.
  • Conduct performance‑based assessments to evaluate instructional program effectiveness.
  • Stay current with advancements in instructional methodologies, technology enhancements, and adult learning principles.

Requirements

  • Hands‑on experience with report writing, data analysis, and business‑critical platforms including MS O365 Suite, intranet platforms, HRIS systems, Project Management systems, CRM.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint and BI tools.
  • Proven record in designing and delivering training in a professional environment.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, with experience delivering training to administrative, technical, and service groups using various delivery methods and platforms.

  • Understanding and passion for leveraging technology to drive learning (e.g., mobile learning, microlearning, social learning, blended learning, video‑based learning, LMS).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $70,000 to $80,000.
  • Eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the company's plan.
  • Hybrid position; two days per week in NYC HQ.
