Senior AI/ML Engineer AWS GenAI & Enterprise MLOps

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in AWS-based GenAI solutions and enterprise-scale MLOps. This role will focus on building, deploying, and scaling production-ready AI systems in regulated healthcare and pharmaceutical environments. Candidates must have a strong track record of delivering real-world AI solutions - not experimental or learning projects.

Key Requirements:

AWS AI/ML Expertise

• Expert-level experience with Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Bedrock Agents, and Lambda for ML workflows and deployment

GenAI & LLM Architecture

• Multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic AI workflow design

MLOps Infrastructure

• CI/CD for ML, model versioning, A/B testing, and automated retraining pipelines

Advanced AI Capabilities

• Unstructured Data Processing: NLP pipelines extracting insights from documents, surveys, feedback, and correspondence
• Model Explainability: Create transparent AI systems with clear decision rationale using SHAP values and attention mechanisms
• Context-Aware Predictions: Incorporate local market insights, PI feedback, and qualitative data into predictive models

Enterprise Architecture

• Modular System Architecture: Design flexible, maintainable systems integrating new models/data sources with existing enterprise tools (Veeva, CTMS)
• Real-time Analytics: Design systems for live site performance monitoring and enrollment tracking
• Data Privacy & Security: Implement role-based access controls, data governance, and compliance frameworks for regulated environments

Experience Required

• 7-12+ years building production ML systems at scale in healthcare/pharma environments
• Proven track record deploying enterprise AI solutions in regulated industries
