Curtain Wall Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Fully coordinate the whole-process management of curtain wall projects in the Middle East and overseas, be responsible for project planning, schedule, cost, quality and safety control, and implement project objectives.
• Manage the project team and coordinate internal and external resources as well as cooperative parties such as owners and supervisors.
• Control the construction site, handle sudden problems and ensure the progress of construction.
• Coordinate project settlement, payment collection, completion acceptance and data filing.
• Conduct foreign-related communication in English and accept long-term on-site assignment overseas.

Job Qualifications

• Proficient in both Chinese and English, able to work in English, and accept long-term on-site assignment overseas.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Curtain Wall Engineering, Engineering Management or other related majors.
• More than 8 years of curtain wall project management experience and more than 5 years of project manager experience, with overseas project experience preferred, familiar with construction techniques and acceptance specifications.
• Master project control skills; possess excellent overall planning and pressure resistance capabilities, a strong sense of responsibility, and adapt to cross-cultural communication scenarios
