Hireful are a UK SME whose core product provides recruitment technology (Applicant Tracking System – ATS) to in‑house recruitment teams. Through our software and brilliant people, we help our clients hire better by giving them the tools, guidance and support they need for a great experience.
The Customer Account Executive will be a key part of our customer success team, helping clients get the most out of our ATS and delivering hands‑on recruitment support.
Responsibilities
Recruitment administrative support
- Set up and schedule clients’ open roles, ready to be advertised across leading job boards and platforms.
- Review campaign performance and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Share ideas on how we can improve processes and services using automation and AI.
Training & guidance for our ATS customers
- Deliver proactive training sessions to help customers get the best out of our Applicant Tracking System.
- Onboard new customers, helping them understand features, smarter ways of working, and how to leverage technology.
- Join client meetings to review feature adoption and offer practical insights.
Impact
- Increasing adoption of key ATS features.
- Improving customer satisfaction and ROI.
- Spotting opportunities that support revenue growth.
- Helping shape future product development with customer feedback.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and administration experience, ideally in a tech‑led environment (CRM, AI, automation, SaaS etc.).
- Ability to learn new systems quickly – full training provided.
- An analytical mindset and confidence interpreting data.
- Great communication skills, especially when training others.
- Proactive problem‑solving approach and genuine customer focus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, job posting tools, helpdesk ticketing systems or project management software (highly desirable).
- Experience in a SaaS Customer Success Team would be highly desirable.
Location
Fully remote role for candidates based in South Africa. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in South Africa.

- Salary: Competitive (ZAR)
- 23 days holiday (+ bank holidays, rising every year up to 28, with the option to buy more)

- Fixed‑term contract – 12‑month maternity cover role
- Working hours: Full time, Monday–Friday – UK hours 9.00 am – 5.30 pm (Friday UK 5.00 pm finish)
- Start date: Ideally May, no later than the end of May.
