We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Success professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients get maximum value from our products/services, building strong relationships, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through successful implementation
  • Understand client goals and tailor product usage to meet their business needs
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams when needed
  • Monitor product usage and identify opportunities for upselling or renewals
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM
