Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at our growing team, your primary role will be to ensure customers achieve their business goals and maximize the value derived from our document management solutions. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to drive product adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful platform adoption
  • Proactively identify customer needs and uncover opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling
  • Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance to customers, addressing queries and concerns promptly
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the Product team to prioritize key features and improvements
  • Monitor customer engagement to ensure maximum value from the solutions
  • Contribute to the development of customer success strategies, processes, and best practices
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Support global customers within UK business hours

Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of Commodities Trading, Operations, and Risk Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships
  • Proven ability to establish trust and act as a strategic advisor to customers
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with document management platforms or related enterprise software solutions
  • Experience working with global customers and cross‑functional teams
