For our Onboarding & Success department, we are looking for a structured personality who enjoys taking responsibility, can handle a high workload, and professionally supports customers after their purchase.

We Are

An operational customer success team that takes responsibility for the implementation, introduction, and support of our digital products after purchase.

We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, and together ensure that customer solutions are implemented cleanly and reliably.

Our daily work is characterized by volume, parallel topics, and clear turnaround times.

Structures and processes are constantly evolving. This requires proactive thinking, personal responsibility, and the willingness to get actively involved.

We work primarily in the office and value exchange, collaboration, and team presence.

Your Tasks

  • Telephone and email consultation of a diverse portfolio of existing customers after purchase in the B2B environment
  • Processing of various parallel customer concerns with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and completion
  • Organization, coordination, setup, and introduction of digital products as part of customer orders
  • Working with evolving processes and standards, and applying existing guidelines situationally
  • Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure a functioning customer experience
  • Active use of digital tools, including AI, to support daily work
  • Consultation on topics such as Google Business Profile, digital booking, search engine logic, and artificial intelligence
  • Clean documentation and consistent follow-up of all activities

Skills and Requirements

You Are:

  • Resilient and able to stay focused even with a high workload
  • Well-organized and confident in managing multiple topics simultaneously
  • Reliable in implementation and meticulous with deadlines and administrative tasks
  • Willing to learn and open to new tools, systems, and technological developments
  • Professional and committed in dealing with customers and stakeholders
  • Enjoy interacting with other people, but also work concentrated and independently on your tasks

You Bring:

  • Several years of experience in customer contact or in an operational environment with a high workload
  • Routine in simultaneously processing many tasks, appointments, and customer orders
  • Very good organizational skills and a high degree of self-management
  • Good knowledge of digital products and online marketing topics, especially search engines, Google Business Profile, digital visibility, and artificial intelligence
  • Confident use of common IT systems and CRM tools
  • Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good English skills; any other national language is an advantage
  • High service orientation combined with the ability to communicate clearly, solution-oriented, and reliably, even in demanding or time-critical situations, is essential
  • Professional handling of queries, objections, and customer expectations in the B2B environment is a must-have
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent qualification, plus several years of professional experience in an operational customer environment, preferably in marketing. Further education at a university of applied sciences (HF) or in marketing is an advantage
