About Us

We are a European SaaS company operating in the compliance and whistleblowing technology space, with headquarters in Barcelona. Our platform helps organizations manage regulatory requirements efficiently while maintaining high standards of security and usability.

We are expanding our presence in the Dutch market (Netherlands) and are looking for a Dutch‑speaking professional to support customer success activities across demos, onboarding and client communication.

You will work closely with the founding team in a fast‑growing SaaS environment, playing a key role in ensuring an excellent experience for our Dutch‑speaking customers throughout their journey.

As our new Customer Success Manager for the Netherlands, you will act as a primary point of contact for prospects and customers, helping drive activation, satisfaction and long‑term success.

What You Will Do

  • Run live product demos for Dutch‑speaking prospects
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process
  • Respond to support tickets and customer emails in Dutch
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful product adoption
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM and support tools
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers in the Netherlands

What You Bring

  • Professional proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills across video calls, email and phone
  • Confidence in running live product demonstrations
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities effectively
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced SaaS environment
  • Ability to work as a freelancer and issue invoices (or equivalent)

Experience in Customer Success, SaaS, onboarding or B2B support is appreciated but not required. We value ownership, reliability and a strong customer mindset.

Practicalities

  • Type: Freelance collaboration
  • Schedule: Part‑time, flexible hours
  • Location: Fully remote (CET time zone preferred)
  • Compensation: Hourly rate + performance‑based incentives (based on experience)
  • Start date: As soon as possible

You will work directly with the founding team and have the opportunity to grow with the company as we expand in the Dutch market.
