About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and client‑focused Customer Success Manager to partner with our email and lifecycle marketing clients. The ideal candidate brings a mix of MarTech expertise, lifecycle marketing knowledge, and agency experience, and thrives on building strong, consultative relationships that drive client success and account growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communication and ensuring smooth project delivery across campaigns and initiatives.
- Build strong client relationships through regular check‑ins, quarterly reviews, and performance discussions.
- Understand client business models, marketing goals, and technical environments to identify pain points and propose effective lifecycle marketing solutions.
- Work with internal teams (strategy, creative, tech, and data) to execute client deliverables on schedule, ensuring quality and alignment with client objectives.
- Develop and nurture long‑term client partnerships by offering strategic guidance on email, SMS, and omni‑channel marketing using leading platforms like Braze, SFMC, Iterable, Klaviyo, and HubSpot.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate results.
- Maintain high client satisfaction scores and proactively manage risks or churn triggers.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management in a marketing or digital agency environment.
- Hands‑on experience with one or more marketing automation platforms (Braze, SFMC, Iterable, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, CRM, and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and complex projects concurrently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and KPIs.
- Comfortable working with both brand and / OR Agency‑side stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
