• *This is a full-time, in-office position.** We believe collaboration works best face-to-face, and our team thrives in a shared environment. Also worth noting—we have an office dog, so being comfortable around (and ideally liking) dogs is part of the experience.

In this role, you will serve as the **primary point of contact** for our customers during their relocation and transportation processes—often during high-pressure situations. Your ability to provide clear communication, maintain organization, and take ownership will be critical to ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. • *Key Responsibilities** • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their relocation process • Provide accurate information regarding services, schedules, and transportation routes • Maintain professional communication with customers and partners via phone and email • Coordinate Ocean, Air, and Road shipments between Europe and the United States • Schedule and manage transportation activities to ensure timely delivery • Monitor shipments and maintain accurate documentation and tracking records • Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize disruptions • Support continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and operational needs • *Qualifications** • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus • Previous experience in customer service;

experience in transportation/logistics preferred but not required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service/CRM systems • Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted residence and work permit for Germany (unbefristete Aufenthalts- und Arbeitserlaubnis) • *What We Value**
