About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) Specialist to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive security assessments across web applications, APIs, and mobile platforms. Your expertise will help identify potential security weaknesses, evaluate risks, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance our clients' security posture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, lead onsite teams, and stay at the forefront of cybersecurity innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as B.E, BTech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. in Computer Science, or M.Tech.
• Certifications related to cybersecurity such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP, or similar will be considered an advantage.
• Solid understanding of web and mobile application security, API security, and penetration testing methodologies.
• Prior experience with industry‑standard tools such as BurpSuite Pro, OWASP ZAP, Postman, and others.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) for various platforms including:
  • Web Applications
  • APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
  • Mobile Applications (iOS & Android)
• Perform manual and automated security testing using industry‑standard tools such as BurpSuite Pro, OWASP ZAP, Postman, among others.
• Identify, validate, and exploit vulnerabilities, providing proper risk ratings and impact assessments to prioritize remediation efforts.
• Prepare detailed technical reports that include findings, exploitation steps, and mitigation recommendations.
• Develop executive summaries to communicate complex security issues clearly to clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients during the remediation process, validating fixes and ensuring vulnerabilities are effectively mitigated.
• Stay updated with the latest vulnerabilities, exploits, attack techniques, and threat intelligence to continuously improve testing methodologies.
• Ensure all assessments are aligned with industry frameworks and standards such as OWASP, PTES, NIST, CIS, and PCI DSS.
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of client data throughout all phases of engagement.
• Manage vulnerability trackers and documentation efficiently.
• Lead onsite teams during project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
