RED Global are hiring a Cyber Security Engineer to join a global consultancy delivering a secure digital benefits platform for a European client.

This is a fully remote contract role with a strong focus on Azure security, governance, and compliance .

Project details:

• Role: Cyber Security Consultant
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 3 month contract
• Location: Spain (Fully remote)
• Language: Spanish / English

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Azure security controls and policies
• Drive governance and compliance frameworks across cloud environments
• Deliver threat modelling and risk assessments
• Support Zero Trust security architecture initiatives
• Configure and manage security tools including Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Azure Sentinel

Required Experience:

• Strong Azure security background
• Expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance (essential)
• Familiarity with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• Knowledge of Zero Trust models and threat modelling

Hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft Defender for Cloud / Azure Security Center
• Azure Sentinel
• Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identity
• Azure Policy
