As a leading FedRAMP accredited Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO), we guide Cloud Service Providers through the FedRAMP certification process successfully. Our extensive experience spans IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments, specializing in designing secure cloud infrastructures compliant with FedRAMP requirements.

Job Description

Become an integral part of our team as a Cybersecurity Analyst! In this role, you will assess and analyze cybersecurity documentation for client information systems, leveraging your technical acumen to enhance our assessment processes through automation. Your contributions will align with critical standards including FISMA, NIST RMF for Federal Civilian Agencies, RMF for DoD IT, and especially FedRAMP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with clients, conducting interviews to understand their cybersecurity needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments by analyzing cybersecurity documentation and collecting evidence to evaluate compliance with standards such as FISMA, NIST RMF, and FedRAMP.
  • Utilize and create scripts to automate routine tasks, enhancing the efficiency of our security assessments, reporting, and evidence collection processes.
  • Conduct system and network vulnerability scanning and analysis using tools like Nessus/ACAS, SCC, and DISA STIGs/STIG Viewer.
  • Generate clear, precise reports and documentation, with a focus on creating automation scripts for analysis and report generation.
  • Work independently or collaboratively within a client delivery team in a fast-paced remote setting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly articulate ideas to clients in person or over the phone.
  • Basic understanding of Cloud Computing, FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST/DoD RMF, and NIST SP 800-series publications.
  • Proficient in scripting with at least one language (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation purposes.
  • Entry-level knowledge of testing tools such as Nessus/ACAS, SCC, DISA STIGs/STIG Viewer.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in FISMA-compliant security Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining scripts for cybersecurity functions, including vulnerability scanning and compliance checks.
  • Competency in conducting technical assessments using industry-standard tools such as Nessus, DB Protect, Acunetix, and ACAS (for DoD).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated individual with a technical aptitude and the willingness to excel.
  • Must obtain a FedRAMP-required (A2LA R311) industry certification within 3 months of employment.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Technology.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as mandated by our government clients.
  • Legal authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S. is required; employer sponsorship for work permits is not available for this position.
