The Role

• Plan and implement cybersecurity measures for IT/OT environments
• Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor security systems and respond to incidents
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate security into new projects
• Provide expertise on cybersecurity best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, particularly within IT/OT landscapes
• Knowledge of relevant cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for staying updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies
