Job Description

• API Test Automation for Node.js–based services • Strong hands on experience with Cypress UI automation • Advanced JavaScript (async handling, reusable utilities) • Designing and maintaining automation frameworks • End to end testing strategy and test coverage ownership • Root cause analysis and defect triage • CI/CD integration for automated tests • Mentoring junior engineers and handling escalations

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and maintains Cypress automation frameworks. • Defines automation strategy for UI and test coverage. • Reviews and improves test scripts for stability, performance, and reusability. • Leads end to end testing, root cause analysis, and release validation. • Mentors juniors and handles complex issues and escalations. • Drives CI/CD integration and quality improvements.
