Your Role

• You will develop innovative data and AI architectures that guide companies on their journey to becoming data-driven organizations.
• You will be responsible for the technical conception and implementation of cloud and AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), bringing modern AI services, LLMs, and GenAI solutions into practice.
• You will integrate Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and Self-Service Analytics concepts and ensure sustainable data governance.
• You will act as a sparring partner for our clients in the development of Data & AI strategies, platform architectures, and the selection of modern technologies (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Collibra).
• You will lead interdisciplinary teams and take responsibility for the successful implementation of complex transformation projects in the Data & AI environment.
• You will design and implement solutions with Agentic AI and orchestrate the productive use of AI Agents for the automation and optimization of data-driven business processes.
• You will evaluate and integrate modern AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen) into cloud and enterprise architectures and develop use cases for the productive use of AI Agents, e.g., for Data Engineering, DataOps, Monitoring, or GenAI-powered automation.
• You will advise clients on best practices for the secure and responsible use of Agentic AI and serve as a point of contact for the selection, design, and governance of AI agent solutions.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a comparable field.
• At least 4 years of experience in the architecture and implementation of cloud and data platforms as well as AI/ML solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and practical experience with modern Data & AI platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Experience in the development and integration of AI/ML solutions (e.g., LLMs, GenAI, RAG, AI Services) into enterprise architectures.
• Practical experience in the design, development, and integration of AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions in complex cloud and data platforms.
• Knowledge of at least one AI agent framework (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen) and their interplay with hyperscaler services.
• Understanding of the challenges and opportunities of Agentic AI, e.g., regarding automation, scalability, security, and governance.
• Know-how in data governance, data integration, data modeling, and DataOps.
• Certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, Databricks, Snowflake, DAMA, DCAM) are a plus.
• Strong communication, consulting, and teamwork skills.
• Very good German and English language skills.
