We are looking for you as a Data Analyst (m/f/d) at the Mainhausen location (hybrid) to strengthen the international SPORT 2000 network with data-driven insights, modern analytics systems, and high-quality data.

Your Main Tasks

• Further development and operation of analysis systems, especially SAS VIYA
• Building and maintaining frameworks for ETL/ELT, reporting, and data quality
• Analysis of complex data sets to identify trends & growth potential
• Creation of interactive dashboards (SAS, Power BI, Power Query)
• Ensuring data quality through checking and cleaning processes
• Definition & implementation of systems for data collection and integration
• Participation in the further development of international POS data processes
• Collaboration with Category Management, Project Management & international stakeholders
• Compliance with data governance, data protection & compliance guidelines

Your Profile

• Completed studies (Business Informatics, Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics or similar)
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in the sports or retail environment
• Very good knowledge of SAS, SQL, data modeling (Star Schema / Data Vault)
• Experience with Power BI, SAS VIYA, Power Query
• Knowledge of data formats (CSV, JSON, XML, EDI/EDIFACT)
• Basics in Machine Learning (SAS/SPSS or Python)
• Experience with ETL frameworks (e.g. Azure Data Factory)
• Knowledge of retail KPIs (Sell-through, GMROI etc.)
• Good English skills; French desirable
• Understanding of data protection (GDPR) and data governance
