We, the ICS Group, organize the world-famous Wacken Open Air (W:O:A), which attracts over 84,000 heavy metal fans from all over the world every year to celebrate their favorite bands and their scene together. In addition to W:O:A, we produce and organize a variety of live entertainment events with our various companies, from tours to cruises.
About the Role
As a Data Analyst at ICS Networks, you will work at the intersection of Marketing, Commercial, IT, and Product Development. You will bring initial relevant professional experience and want to not only analyze but also actively help develop and professionally build our data setup. You will not be working in isolation: you will work in close coordination with the international Data Team of Superstruct Entertainment and be part of a larger network of Data and BI experts in the European live entertainment market.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of web, app, and tracking data
- Building and further developing reports and dashboards
- Support in the structural expansion of our data models
- Support for Marketing & Commercial
- Data-driven support for product, pricing, and target group decisions
- Actively contribute to the further development of our data setup
- Further development of reporting structures and analysis standards
- Support in optimizing data flows and interfaces
- Coordination of KPI definitions with the international Data Team of Superstruct
- Participation in group-wide data projects
- You will combine local know-how with international structure – and help create a scalable data basis for future growth.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable
- 2-4 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Marketing Analytics
- Good English skills for collaboration in an international environment

Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Data Science, Statistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld

- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Reports und Dashboards
- Unterstützung beim strukturellen Ausbau unserer Datenmodelle
- Unterstützung von Marketing & Commercial
- Datenbasierte Unterstützung bei Produkt-, Pricing- und Zielgruppenentscheidungen
- Du arbeitest aktiv am weiteren Aufbau unseres Data-Setups mit.
- Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-Strukturen und Analyse-Standards
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Datenflüssen und -schnittstellen
- Abstimmung von KPI-Definitionen mit dem internationalen Data Team von Superstruct
- Mitwirkung an gruppenweiten Data-Projekten
