It is a contract/program vehicle that provides teams to:

• Build AI/ML solutions for DoD missions
• Develop data platforms and pipelines
• Deliver software engineering and DevSecOps support
• Enable rapid prototyping and scaling of AI tools
• Support decision-making with data and analytics

What they actually do day-to-day:

• Create AI tools (e.g., computer vision, NLP, predictive models)
• Work with large defense datasets
• Deploy solutions in secure cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Gov)
• Integrate systems across different DoD agencies
• Support mission use cases like logistics, intelligence, and operations
