Your colorful range of tasks

**DevOps is lived throughout: You are responsible in a DevOps team for the definition of data modeling and the structuring of data-holding systems and, in conjunction with the platform architect, ensure that the requirements for data architecture are met.

**Visualize requirements: Based on information from the specialist departments, you design analytical data models to integrate, historicize, and technically and content-wise flexibly and expandably design data assets.

**Develop data products: Based on your specifications, Data Engineers transform these into valuable data products on the Analytics Platform, which are then used, for example, in dashboards or Data Science models.

What you need to get started with us

• At least 5 years of experience in the database environment, excellent data understanding, and in-depth knowledge of analytical architectures and data-holding systems
• Excellent knowledge of the different data modeling paradigms: Data Vault 2.0, 3NF, and Star Schema
• Excellent knowledge of the different analytics architectures: Inmon, Kimball, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse, and Lambda
• Solid knowledge of data processing in the cloud, especially with AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or dbt
• Sound knowledge of SQL and Python
• Knowledge in the areas of Change Data Capture, Data Lineage, Data Catalog, Data Mesh, and Metadata Management
• Excellent data understanding to analyze and question data assets and integrate them contextually into larger overall data assets.
