Data Analytics Manager

Driving Force Group

Hanover · On-site Full-time Lead $90k – $120k/yr 3w ago

About the role

What Moves You:

  • You believe data is one of the most powerful levers a business can pull and you're driven by the challenge of making it actionable for every team that needs it.
  • You're energized by growing people as much as growing systems. Coaching a talented team, clearing their path, and watching them deliver work they're proud of is just as rewarding to you as solving a hard technical problem.
  • You thrive at the intersection of business and technology. You speak both languages fluently, and you genuinely love the moment a dashboard or insight changes the way a leader thinks about their business.
  • You care deeply about doing the work right: clean models, clear documentation, reliable data, and analytics products that people trust and use.
  • You're a natural bridge-builder who gets energized by cross-functional collaboration, translating operational complexity into clear analytical solutions that move the whole organization forward.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Data Analytics team. Setting direction, championing growth, and creating an environment where technical talent does their best work.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of analytics products: from intake and prioritization through to production-grade dashboards, data models, and insights that drive real business decisions across Operations, Finance, Rental, Sales, and Leasing.
  • Provide technical leadership across a modern analytics stack including Snowflake, DBT, AWS-based data pipelines, and AWS QuickSight - ensuring solutions are scalable, well-documented, and built to last.
  • Partner directly with business leaders to transform operational challenges into clear analytics requirements, surfacing insights that improve visibility, accelerate decisions, and support The Driving Force Group's evolution into a data-driven organization.
  • Establish and champion the standards for data quality, validation, governance, and change management that make analytics products something every stakeholder can rely on with confidence.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering including 2 to 3 years leading teams or projects backed by a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehousing, particularly Snowflake, alongside practical knowledge of DBT, dimensional modeling, and ELT/ETL best practices.
  • Proven ability to deliver BI solutions using tools like AWS QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau, and a strong track record of translating complex business requirements into trusted dashboards, KPIs, and reporting datasets.
  • Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with the communication skills to make technical concepts land clearly for both data teams and senior business leaders.
  • A leadership approach rooted in accountability, coaching, and clarity with the ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and keep a team aligned, motivated, and delivering in a fast-moving business environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive wages and flexible benefits.
  • Our company RRSP matching program.
  • 50% off rentals at any of our Driving Force locations.
  • Learning and growth opportunities.
  • Paid vacation and wellness time.
  • We support your wellbeing through our Thrive wellness program.
  • We 'Celebrate Great' through our rewards and recognition programs.
