Data Analytics (SQL + Power BI)

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving data-related deliveries, interacting with Product teams, and contributing individual efforts to multiple projects simultaneously. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Driving data-backed decisions for customers regarding products, processes, offer strategies, channel selection, timing, etc. - Preparing various data structures for MIS and reporting purposes - Establishing relationships between customer data and events to trigger marketing and risk use cases - Creating and managing complex inferred variables such as share of wallet, size of wallet, propensity to buy, propensity to repay, etc. - Developing solutions for managing marketing properties and matching marketing content to customers through data tags - Creating metrics to evaluate the performance of solutions and optimized processes - Ensuring the execution and availability of solutions for retrospective analysis and transaction recommendation/approval management - Conducting extensive data analysis and communicating findings to senior management

Qualifications and experience required for this role include: - Graduate/Post-graduate with 2-7 years of experience in Data science and analytics - Proficiency in handling large volumes of data to generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations - Experience in analytics projects within the banking/NBFC domain is preferred - Strong hands-on expertise in SQL is a must - Exposure to developing analytical reports on Tableau/Power BI is advantageous
