  • Mastery of the modern technical ecosystem: ETL, data visualization tools, Cloud platforms (AWS, Google), and data transformation solutions.
  • Appetite or experience in an HRIS environment and infrastructure: Workday, Adaptive Planning, Prism, Cornerstone, SAP, as well as microservices, APIs, Web applications, and storage/network security issues.
  • Negotiable level in English and demonstrated ability to federate various interlocutors, from engineers to members of management, in a multicultural context (Europe, India, USA, Canada).
