- Background in computer science or data engineering (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in the design and architecture of data solutions.
- Mastery of the modern technical ecosystem: ETL, data visualization tools, Cloud platforms (AWS, Google), and data transformation solutions.
- Appetite or experience in an HRIS environment and infrastructure: Workday, Adaptive Planning, Prism, Cornerstone, SAP, as well as microservices, APIs, Web applications, and storage/network security issues.
- Negotiable level in English and demonstrated ability to federate various interlocutors, from engineers to members of management, in a multicultural context (Europe, India, USA, Canada).

- Define and implement the governance, security, and quality of data in order to make HR information accessible, reliable, and value‑creating for the entire company.
- Experiment and integrate cutting‑edge technologies (Generative AI, AI agents) to transform HR processes, while guaranteeing irreproachable data compliance and security.
- Promote a data culture within the organization by supporting employees and influencing working methods to generalize a data‑driven approach.
- Interact actively with the global network of architects (Solutions, Domain, Data) to inspire local teams and harmonize global technological practices.
