Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an HR Digital Solutions Data Architect (m/f) to join our HR Data Planning & Reporting Department based in Toulouse, France.

Your Challenges
- Act as an expert to build innovative, robust, and secure data infrastructures capable of meeting the needs of over 130,000 employees worldwide.
- Define and implement data governance, security, and quality to make HR information accessible, reliable, and value-creating for the entire company.
- Experiment and integrate cutting-edge technologies (Generative AI, AI agents) to transform HR processes, while ensuring impeccable data compliance and security.
- Promote a data culture within the organization by supporting employees and influencing working methods to generalize a "data-driven" approach.
- Actively interact with the global network of architects (Solutions, Domain, Data) to inspire local teams and harmonize global technological practices.
Your Boarding Pass
- Background in computer science, data engineering (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in designing and architecting data solutions.
- Mastery of the modern technical ecosystem: ETL, data visualization tools, Cloud platforms (AWS, Google), and data transformation solutions.
- Aptitude or experience in an HRIS and infrastructure environment: Workday, Adaptive Planning, Prism, Cornerstone, SAP, as well as microservices, APIs, web applications, and storage/network security issues.
- Excellent command of English (essential) and demonstrated ability to unite diverse stakeholders, from engineers to management, in a multicultural context (Europe, India, USA, Canada).
