Your Role
- You lead various public projects as a Data Consultant Public and develop new data and analytics opportunities with our public clients in collaboration with Capgemini's sales and account teams.
- You develop data-driven solutions to optimize administrative processes and decision-making.
- You analyze complex data structures and create dashboards, reports, and AI-based applications.
- You act as a sparring partner for our clients in the development of Data & AI strategies, platform architectures, and the selection of modern technologies (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra).
- You manage interdisciplinary teams and take responsibility for the successful implementation of complex transformation projects in the Data & AI environment.
- You work with partners and other Capgemini business units in the Public domain to identify further business opportunities.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, another STEM field, or a comparable degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in the public sector, ideally in projects with authorities, ministries, or municipal institutions.
- Sound knowledge in data analysis, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence; certifications (e.g., IREB, Scrum Product Owner, AWS/Azure/GCP) are a plus.
- Knowledge of at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and initial experience with modern Data & AI platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra).
- Know-how in Data Governance, data integration, data modeling, and DataOps.
- Knowledge of typical business analyst skills: requirements management, stakeholder communication, process analysis.
- Very good German (at least C1) and English language skills.
