In this position within the Social and Community Services Department, you will be vital in providing analytical support to various human service projects. Your tasks will include interpreting comprehensive data, designing program evaluations, and effectively communicating findings to support community well-being. Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret diverse data sources for decision-making
• Guide planning and evaluation for community service initiatives
• Present data insights through reports and visuals
• Foster relationships with key data partners
• Conduct research and support stakeholder consultations

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• At least three years of experience in data analysis
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Power BI
• Strong skills in research and evaluation methodologies
• Knowledge of community safety legislation and planning
