Decision Support Analyst

You will play a critical role in Halton's Social and Community Services Department, supporting key initiatives for community safety and well-being through extensive data analysis. Your responsibilities will include translating complex data into accessible information and collaborating with various stakeholders to design effective programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Support CSWB planning through data analysis
• Create presentations to convey data insights effectively
• Manage relationships with data providers and partners
• Assist in planning and evaluating community initiatives
• Conduct primary and secondary research for project support

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Services or related discipline
• Three years' relevant experience in data analysis
• Expertise in MS Office, Power BI, and analytical methods
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of human services landscape and policy
