Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the design and conception of modern data platforms that integrate and process large amounts of data from systems scalably.
• You also advise renowned clients on cloud transformations and agile software projects.
• You take over the migration of existing applications to the cloud using Lift & Shift / Lift & Reshape approaches.
• You implement tools and solutions for ensuring data quality, data cleansing, and providing aggregated data for analysis.
• You support presales activities in the context of presentations, pitches, and complex customer inquiries.

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in software development, particularly in data-driven projects, data warehousing, or building data platforms.
• You have knowledge in developing pipelines and data integration routes (ELT/ETL, Azure Data Factory, DBT, Stored Procedures, or similar tools).
• You are familiar with data modeling and have experience with Data Vault, Data Mesh, Kimball, or Inmon, depending on the area.
• You are a team player, proactive, and enjoy working independently and solution-oriented.
• Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage: Cloud (Azure or AWS), Data Science, or Business Intelligence (Reporting Tools).
• You have extensive experience in Linux, Networking, and Security Best Practices.
• You already have experience in the conception and execution of training courses.
• You are willing to be on-site at least twice a week during the onboarding phase.

Application Process

• Initially, there will be a casual first meeting with HR, where insights will be provided, mutual expectations clarified, and general questions answered to create an initial general framework.
• A second meeting will delve into technical details, and there may be an assignment to complete. We will discuss project workflows, customer projects, technical requirements, etc. We will naturally involve a subject matter expert for support.
• In the final step, there will be an opportunity to get a picture of the respective locations on-site and get to know the team over a shared lunch. You will also meet the respective team leader and COO.
