Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of a production management system that will serve as the foundation for all future Sievert Operations.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes for integrating various data sources.
• Design and maintain data models/architectures for reporting & analysis, and optimize query performance with users.
• Support projects (MiniTab, MatLab) and regular processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability in coordination with Data Governance.
• Select and implement new data engineering technologies and cloud infrastructures.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, and document technical processes and data flows.
• Implement Data Lake and Data Warehouse solutions.

What You Offer

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence, ideally as an internal service provider.
• Very good SQL skills and experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks) and programming languages like Python or Scala.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and cloud architectures.
• Team-oriented, self-reliant working style with strong problem-solving skills.
• Very good German and English language skills.
