Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle GoldenGate and Azure data platforms. This role involves leading data engineering initiatives, enabling real-time data replication, and building scalable data pipelines using modern cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Architecture
- Lead and deliver data engineering programs with strong ownership mindset
- Design and implement real-time data replication and Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration workflows
Oracle GoldenGate & CDC
- Implement and manage Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data synchronization
- Ensure efficient data replication, consistency, and reliability across systems
- Optimize performance of CDC pipelines and troubleshoot replication issues
Azure Data Platform
- Work with Azure Data Services including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, storage, and security components
- Design and implement cloud-native data architectures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure secure and optimized data deployments
Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide technical leadership and guide teams on best practices in data engineering
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, platform, and DevOps teams
- Ensure high-quality delivery with strong communication and stakeholder alignment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in Data Engineering
- Strong expertise in Oracle GoldenGate and Change Data Capture (CDC)
- Experience leading data engineering initiatives and programs
- Strong knowledge of Azure Data Engineering ecosystem
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, storage, and security
- Good understanding of DevOps practices in data environments
- Strong leadership, ownership, and communication skills
